Auburn forward/center Johni Broome, one of the top players in the country, was injured two minutes into the second-ranked Tigers’ home game against Georgia State on Tuesday night.After making a layup at one end of the court and blocking a shot at the other, Broome subbed out for Chaney Johnson. He left for the locker room and during a media timeout, he was seen on the bench in a hoodie with ice on his right shoulder.According to the Auburn radio broadcast, Broome will be reevaluated at halftime.
