The UW enjoyed a 53-34 rebounding edge, which led to a 25-12 advantage in second-chance points.The River Hawks fared much better than Friday, when they lost 113-54 to No. 4 Gonzaga in Spokane, Wash.Martin Somerville’s driving layup with 12:27 left gave the River Hawks a 44-42 lead, their first since midway through the first half.A 3-pointer by Ihenacho broke a 53-all tie with 7:40 remaining and gave the Huskies the lead for good.The River Hawks trailed just 63-60 after a jumper by Covington with 5:47 left, but they went scoreless over the next 4:31 as Washington extended its lead to nine points, the Huskies’ largest of the game.
